Prayers Answered as Missing Son of Pro-Life Columnist Found

The prayers of perhaps millions of people around the globe have been answered as the missing son of columnist Jeff Jacoby, a pro-life Jewish Boston Globe columnist whose son had gone missing, has been found.

As LifeNews reported, Bostonians, Jewish groups and friends of Jacoby’s on Twitter had been actively posting messages trying to get more information to help authorities. Jacoby’s son Caleb is an 11th grader who has been missing from his Brookline, Massachusetts home for 24 hours. Information LifeNews gleaned from tweets indicated Jacob’s son had not been seen since 12:30 on Monday afternoon.

As a local television station reports:

Brookline Police say they were able to provide information to the New York City Police Department that Caleb may be in the area of Times Square. He was found there Thursday night.

Plans are being made to bring Caleb back to Brookline.

The Jacoby family released the following statement:

“Our prayers have been answered, and we are thrilled to hear from the Brookline Police that our beloved son and brother Caleb has been found and is safe. Words can’t express our gratitude for the extraordinary outpouring of kindness and support that we have received from so many people. All we can think of at the moment is how wonderful it will be to see Caleb again and shower him with love.”
