It may be the special time of year to give mothers respect and love, but motherhood may not be getting its due. Last month, during an appearance on CNN, Washington lobbyist Hilary Rosen said Ann Romney, who was a stay at home mother who raised four boys, quote, “never worked a day in her life.” Rosen was roundly criticized for her remark, for which she apologized just a day after making it.
