Shout it out: Borgia freshmen learn to rely on faith

Trey Hunter, a junior at St. Francis Borgia in Washington, entertained freshmen on a Luke 18 retreat at the school. Trey was one of about 70 upperclass student leaders.

The 150 or so freshmen taking part in the Luke 18 retreat at St. Francis Borgia Regional High School had just been given the signal to become quiet before being asked a simple question: "What's your attitude?"

"FANTASTIC. TERRIFIC. GREAT. ALL DAY LONG. HOOH!" came the extra-loud shout.

Luke 18 is a retreat focused on helping youth find their way to God. At the high school in Washington, freshmen are invited to attend the retreat the weekend before the start of school.
