What? Jesus Had a Wife?

Harvard Divinity School professor Karen King announced at an international conference last week that a recently discovered papyrus fragment was the only existing ancient text in which Jesus explicitly talks of having a wife. Questions about the fragment’s authenticity have been raised, however. Is the papyrus authentic or a forgery? Perhaps the most important question is, “does it really matter?”
