Abortion Group Sues CMP

Well, you knew this was coming.A pro-abortion organization is suing the Center for Medical Progress which recently released videos showing Planned Parenthood staff discussing the possible illegal sale of limbs and organs of aborted babies. The National Abortion Federation is accusing the CMP of violating the privacy of its members and therefore threatening their safety. The suit, filed in a federal court in San Francisco, is seeking to block the release of further videos. So a judge issued a temporary restraining order blocking the CMP from releasing videos concerning to any NAF members. A hearing is scheduled for Monday.U.S. District Judge William Orrick, who is, according to the FEC, an Obama donor, reportedly said the NAF would likely prevail on the merits of its lawsuit because its members could face "harassment, intimidation, violence, invasion of privacy, and injury to reputation" if the videos keep continue being released. Please continue reading at The National Catholic Register>>> *subhead*Silence.*subhead*
